Dues must be paid for any licensee who is affiliated with a REALTOR® office as of January 1, 2012. By December 31, 2011, all Designated Brokers must send back the licenses of anyone planning to go inactive or "waiting to expire", or else be responsible for that licensee's 2012 dues.
