MAY Membership Meeting and Continuing Education Course: The May Membership Meeting of the Greater Bangor Association of REALTORS® will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Jeff's Catering, and is generously co-sponsored by MAINE SAVINGS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION and GATEWAY TITLE. The speaker this month is Joe Young of Maine Floodplain Management. Check-in begins at 11:15, and the buffet will open at 11:30. The cost of lunch is $8.00. Our 2012 REALTOR® of the Year will be announced at our May Membership Meeting!

Following the membership meeting, from 1:30-4:30, Consumer Title and Bangor Savings Bank are co-sponsoring in part a 3 credit course: "Title Insurance" taught by John Wilson. If you're a member of GBAR, AND you join us for the membership luncheon ($8.00), the course is $15.00, for a total of $23.00. If you don't come to the meeting, the cost of the course is $25.00. Please do not sign up for the package if you cannot attend the meeting. Non-members and members of another board will pay $35.00.
