FEBRUARY 28 MEMBERSHIP MEETING & C.E. COURSE: The February Membership Meeting of the Greater Bangor Association of REALTORS will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Jeff's Catering, and is generously sponsored by PEOPLES UNITED BANK. This month's program will consist of a panel of appraisers who will speak briefly and then devote the rest of the time to a question and answer session. Special thanks to the officers of the Maine Appraisers Forum - Jack Weinstein, Mark Bilyk, Phil Drew, and Tamara Wood for sitting on the panel. The lunch buffet will open at 11:30. The cost of lunch is $8.00.
Following the meeting from 1:30-4:30, GBAR will offer a 3 credit course entitled"What Did You Really Mean To Say...?" taught by Arthur Gary. This is a fun, interactive class about forms, agreements, and possible misinterpretations of your documents. If you're a member of GBAR, AND you join us for the membership luncheon, the charge for the course is $15.00, for a total of $23.00. If you don't come to lunch, the cost of the course is $25. Non-members and members of another board will pay $35.00.
